Mobile Notary Service

A mobile notary is a certified Notary Public who travels to your location to perform notarial services. Instead of you having to find and travel to a notary office, we bring the service directly to your home, workplace, a hospital, or any other convenient meeting spot.

You will need two things:

  1. A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (e.g., Driver’s License, State ID Card, Passport, or Military ID).
  2. The complete, unsigned document you need notarized.

The fee consists of two parts: a standard fee for each notarial act performed, plus a travel fee for our convenience service. We will always provide a clear quote upfront.

No. A Notary Public is not an attorney and is legally prohibited from offering legal advice or preparing legal documents. Our role is strictly to verify identity, witness signatures, and properly notarize the document as presented.

Apostille & Document Authentication

An Apostille is an official certificate attached to a U.S. document that allows it to be legally recognized in foreign countries that are members of the 1961 Hague Convention. It essentially certifies the authenticity of the signature and seal on the document.

The process is very similar, but a Certification (or Legalization) is used for documents destined for countries that are not members of the Hague Convention. We can advise you on which one you need and handle the process for both.

The timeframe can vary significantly depending on the type of document and the state government’s current processing times. It is not an instant service and can take anywhere from several days to a few weeks. We manage the process to ensure it’s completed as efficiently as possible.

To give you an accurate quote, all we need to know is the type of document (e.g., birth certificate), the U.S. state it was issued in, and the destination country where you will be using it.

Wedding Officiant (Florida)

Before the ceremony, you must obtain a Florida Marriage License from any Florida County Clerk of Courts office. The license is valid for 60 days. Please note, Florida residents have a 3-day waiting period after the license is issued unless they complete a state-approved premarital course.

Absolutely. I joyfully and proudly officiate weddings for all couples and believe love is love. I am committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive space for everyone.

I am. As your officiant, I am legally required to complete and sign your marriage license after the ceremony and return it to the County Clerk’s office within 10 days to be officially recorded.

Yes! My “Quick & Simple Signing Service” is perfect for this. It is a brief, no-fuss service where we complete the legal requirements to solemnize your marriage, including the signing and filing of your license.
